Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to offer store credit as a courtesy. To qualify:

• Email altarbodyco@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue

• Contact must be made within 3 days of delivery

Store credit will be issued once the claim is reviewed and approved. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small-batch creations.
